Did my shopping with coupons at Smiths today. This store has a system where you login using your rewards card number and download coupons onto your shopper card. These are eCoupons and appear on your receipt when you have used one.
Click here to go to the Smiths Food and Drug eCoupons site. To get the best value you have to load all the coupons you think you may need onto your card. You may have up to coupons active on your card at one time prior to their expiration. Then you will need to use the tool to view your coupons and print out a handy list to take to the store with you in order to make sure you do not miss the deals.
A cute feature to the eCoupons is that the website updates 24 hours after your last shopping trip to tell you how much you have saved in the eCoupons program. Click on the photo to view in full size. Smith does not allow ecoupons in combination with same item mfr coupons. Is it just me? Any feedback on this would be appreciated. Jasmine, I have experienced the same thing. I have to show them that I bought enough items to use both ecoupons and regular coupons.

When your order is ready you simply park in the designated area- give em a call and they will literally load up your purchase without you ever having to leave the car. I have never had so much trouble trying to order groceries online. Somehow when I went through the first time selecting items to buy for a pickup order, it created a list instead of actually putting the items in my cart to buy.
And why did it default to making a list instead of putting stuff in a cart? For some reason two of my items were in a shopping cart to ship items to my home, while the rest of the items were in a shopping cart to pick up from the store. I never saw when selecting items where I apparently chose one option or the other. I wanted to rip my hair out in frustration by the end of this experience.
I have never had so much trouble just trying to buy groceries. Only way to use delivery is to allow them to keep your card info on file. Ripe for hacking theft. This company has no respect for customer security.
Update: used this app twice for grocery delivery. I called customer service to complain and put a stop to it, their response was it was my fault and I must have looked up those items and store online. They will NOT allow you to opt out of their marketing and marketing partners.
These people are why ad blockers are so necessary for everyone. Update, I do really like the local manager of the local store. Kroger still will not let you opt out of targeted marketing.
